it was sufficient but not cozy
Positive: it was clean
Negative: Im pretty sure the bathroom floor is rotting underneath the vinyl. There was mold along the floor trim and no caulk around parts of the tub- where water is probably getting in.

Excellent property if you do not plan to spend much time indoors.
Positive: Close to the beach, quiet neighborhood, kitchen was clean and had everything needed to cook meals. TV’s were great with lots of access to programs and movies.
Negative: A lot of black mold in the bathroom, cockroaches in multiple rooms, beds were very worn out, provided beach umbrellas were broken.

Beach and sun
Just us and our granddaughter over spring break. Came from DC had perfect weather, everything was good.
